Objective	Outline the differences and similarities between Tiered Permitting and the National Pretreatment Program as overseen by the local Sanitation District.
Description	T.P. units and Pretreatment units are one and the same; the name is dependent on whos doing the inspection. This course will provide an overview of T.P. and serve to provide CUPA/PA inspectors with knowledge of the National Pretreatment Program. Knowledge of similarities and differences between these programs will assist inspectors in determining compliance with the proper regulations.
