EMILY MINSON, Source Control Inspector - OC San

Emily Minson is a Source Control Inspector with the Orange County Sanitation District. She is an active Registered Environmental Health Specialist (R.E.H.S.) and has obtained her CWEA Environmental Compliance Inspector Grade II certification. Emily's primary responsibilities are conducting inspection and sampling at facilities permitted by OC San's Resource Protection Division. She is currently working with the other three groups in the division in further developing the Source Control Enforcement Program.
