Description
This session will feature a panel discussion with Unified Program Managers sharing their experiences and insights from transitioning to new data management systems, particularly in light of the upcoming CERS NextGen requirements. Panelists will discuss challenges and successes encountered during vendor selection, budget planning, contract management, data migration, and staff adoption. Attendees will gain valuable lessons and best practices to help navigate their own transitions smoothly, ensuring compliance and efficiency in data management. CalEPA representatives will also be available to answer questions regarding CERS NextGen and provide additional guidance.
