Objective	To better understand the myriad interweaving federal & Calif. hazmat spill & release reporting requirements (& interpretations/guidance).
Description	A lot of hazmat incidents are reportable, but many are not. How do you decide? Not always obvious. Always a favorite at the Conference, this session is for industry and regulators alike & will cover the multitude of Calif. & federal spill & release reporting requirements including their interactions, any exceptions, and relevant guidance. We'll cover/discuss the reporting decision determination & recommended supporting documentation. Fun for all!
