Objective	An A-Z session of special use and exemptions under CUPA and the similarities and differences between those and the California fire and building codes.
Description	The six CUPA programs have various thresholds for reporting and exemptions. Exemptions include hazardous materials used within building systems such as refrigeration systems, fire suppression systems etc. It is important for businesses, developers, and facility managers to apply those exemptions properly along with the similar exemptions of the CBC and CFC. Ways to effectively use one programs information for another will be touched upon.
