Objective	This course gives employees at all levels insight, information, and practical tools to address and resolve interpersonal and professional issues.
Description	A revised class from 2024, Conflict Resolution in the Workplace builds on Communication and De-escalation and is a comprehensive course designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively address and resolve conflicts that commonly arise in professional settings. This course explores various types of workplace conflicts along with their root causes and provides practical strategies and techniques to manage and resolve them. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the human dynamics of conflict and the importance of fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. This class is complete with a quick reference guide and practical reference to help guide conflicts to resolution.
