ObjectiveThis session will provide participants with an overview of intent based high performance organizations, and give tools for using this leadership style
DescriptionThis is a leadership primer for high performing organizations and intent based leadership. We'll discuss what those things are and how they can help you lead your team more effectively. Participants will also be equipped with useable tools to help strengthen communication and build better teams.
