Objective	This session will provide participants with the history and evolution of the Unified Program.
Description	This course is a comprehensive overview of the Unified Program (UP), including the history of environmental regulations which led to the creation of the program. Furthermore, this course will examine the coordination, consolidation, and implementation of the six hazardous materials management program elements. And finally, the course will provide an overview of the collaborative efforts taken by the stakeholders to demonstrate successes.
