Objective	This session will highlight key areas of focus and prioritize essential steps for successfully implementing a new CUPA software system.
Description	This course explores the essential phases of a typical software implementation for health agencies, with a specific focus on adapting these steps for the CUPA program. Participants will learn how to set clear project goals, avoid common pitfalls, and effectively manage project communication. The course also emphasizes the importance of thorough documentation and provides strategies for successfully navigating these critical project parts.
