ObjectiveThe session will provide insights for a compliant and easier to implement and maintain SPCC Plan, and help minimize violations.
DescriptionUnlike tax forms, what you write in an SPCC Plan must be accurate and comprehensive. But LIKE tax forms, what you write into an SPCC Plan has consequences. We'll discuss some SPCC Plan writing tips and strategies to 1) help you reduce reliance on consultants, 2) make it easier to achieve and maintain compliance, 3) provide operational flexibility, and 4) reduce the need for frequent SPCC Plan updates.
