Objective	Provide the framework for understanding hazard waste violation classifications of minor, Class II, and Class I per the Hazardous Waste Control Laws.
Description	This course provides the foundation for hazardous waste violation classification and will focus on hazardous waste generator violations. The course will focus on understanding and providing guidance on the violation definitions in the Health and Safety Code and in the California Code of Regulations. Some examples will be discussed to demonstrate violation classification. This class is open to regulators and industry representatives.
