Objective	Attendees will learn about emerging PFAS regulations and policies from EPA and CA that impact water, soil, air, waste, and related requirements.
Description	This will focus on regulatory changes in the past year but also give the basics of PFAS rules from California and EPA. Discussion will include lessons learned and best practices from recent compliance projects. The impacts of EPAs enforcement policy for PFAS listing in CERCLA will also be summarized. Focus will also be given to the tools available for site investigative strategies to prepare for enhanced public and regulatory scrutiny.
