Objective	This session will highlight the evolutionary history of the UST Enforcement unit and its expected role in the Enforcement of SB445.
Description	Both the Unified Program Agencies (UPAs) and the State Water Board Office of Enforcement UST Unit originated from the nations first State UST law addressing the threat of discharges from underground storage tanks to groundwater. This presentation will recap their interagency collaborative history, discuss investigative resources, and explore enforcement options for the implementation of the UST closure requirements of SB445.
