Objective	The objectives of this session are to recommend to Owners/Operators how to build a compliant SPCC plan, prepare an effective Inspection Plan, to recommend prioritization strategies for Owners/Operators, and to show Owners/Operators how to integrate SPCC Inspection efforts with other environmental compliance requirements.
Description	This course is a comprehensive overview of an effective SPCC Plan. We examine an SPCC plan for a large organization analyzing areas where we made improvements. We also make recommendations on building SPCC plans. We talk in-depth about preparation of an effective SPCC inspection plan along with integration strategies for conducting inspections. Finally, we discuss SPCC in the larger context of overall Integrated Contingency Management Plan.
