ObjectiveProvide a review of Total Work Health and how any workplace culture can benefit by integrating it into their Health & Safety program and overall organization.
DescriptionThis presentation seeks to engage attendees in a discussion on how our workplaces can be influenced to develop and sustain cultures that embrace Total Worker Health (TWH) & Safety. Especially as organizations are guiding themselves through the pace and variety of operational and technological change, this is a critical opportunity to assess how and why to do so. Assessing their workplace culture and how a TWH approach can be used to meet EHS, quality & business goals is a benefit to any organization.
