Objective	How to research information on compatibility of UST systems and components with fuels they may store to enforce applicable statutes and regulations.
Description	This presentation will review the statutes and regulations regarding compatibility of UST systems with the substance stored in them to aid in enforcement. This course will examine the chemical structure of emerging fuels, including ethanol and biodiesel blends, and their reactivity with UST components. We will discuss sources of component compatibility records and the documentation required to be submitted and maintained by owners/operators.

Objective	This presentation will provide participants with an overview of process-based hazardous waste inspections.
Description	A process-based inspection is an organized and systematic approach to conducting RCRA compliance evaluation inspections of hazardous waste and complex industrial facilities, such as petroleum refineries and chemical manufacturers. This presentation will explain the key steps for conducting process-based inspections and determining when these types of audits are appropriate and will describe the benefits and limitations of this type of evaluation.

Objective	We will provide updates to the ongoing efforts to assist with closure of single-walled USTs, updates to RUST, and how RUST applies to UST closure.
Description	Redhorse Corporation, partnering with the State Water Board and USEPA, has been engaged in both outreach to single-walled UST owners and operators and analysis of the single-walled UST population, and would like to share updates. We will also share updates to the RUST program which assists eligible small businesses with funding for their UST projects, via grants and loans, and relate RUST back to single-walled UST closure.
