Abby Burton is a senior environmental analyst at Eastern Research Group, Inc. She supports EPA Region 9s work with the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI), conducting data quality outreach, assisting with TRI training webinars, and supporting other regional TRI needs. AMBER CAMARENA, Environmental Scientist - State Water Board

Amber Camarena is an Environmental Scientist and ICC-certified Inspector with the Underground Storage Tank Enforcement Unit in the Office of Enforcement at the State Water Resources Control Board. Amber assists with the enforcement of California statutes and regulations related to underground storage tanks, including the Focused Enforcement of Recalcitrant and Significant Violators (FERSV) initiative, permanent closure of single-walled tank systems, and investigation of cases referred to the UST unit. She has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Sacramento State University, with an interest in analytical and forensic chemistry.

I have worked for the County of San Diego for over 15 years and am currently a Supervising Environmental Health Specialist (SEHS) for the Hazardous Materials Division (HMD).
