Lucreatria Holloway, Marine Corp Environmental Compliance Subject Matter Expert, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest (San Diego, CA). As the SME, I assist the West Coast United States Marine Corp with fulfilling their Environmental Compliance requirements. I lead the identification of their environmental compliance requirements, strategize best approach and negotiate/award/manage multi million dollar contracts for completion. Sometimes the best approach is to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself. To date, I have written compliance documents for Title V, Senate Bill 14 Hazardous Waste, CalARP Risk Management Plans, and Solid Waste Management Plans (receiving first Regional SB1383 Waiver for Marine Corps) while managing over $5M in Environmental Compliance Projects. Due to my environmental engineering expertise and recognized champion of Environmental Management Systems (EMS), I conducted audits for the Bureau of Medicine throughout Europe (Bahrain, Greece, Sicilty and Italy). I am an SP001 Certified Tank Inspector. Recently, I completed Environmental Compliance Audits at military installations on the West Coast covering all types of tanks. I am an experienced trainer. Leading efforts to develop highly anticipated tank inspection class.
