Marissa Lopez, Director of EHS Services at ACTenviro with over 10 years of experience in environmental compliance. I lead a national team of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) professionals. We consult, assess and support our clients with their EHS compliance programs and needs. We offer training, gap assessments, program writing, onsite coverage, inspections, facility closure and facility startup packages, hazard assessments, permitting, reporting, inventory and waste assessments, and more! We tailor our services and frequency to our clients needs and budgets. We have worked with clients in CA for over 20 years and are well versed in many different CUPA requirements. Additionally, many other agencies have overlapping or contradictory requirements such as public utilities, city development, fire, OSHA, stormwater and air quality enforcement so we keep track of that of our clients and provide tools for managing all of their EHS obligations.
