Russ Bennett Air Pollution Specialist California Air Resources Board/Incident Air Monitoring Section Mr. Bennett joined the California Air Resources Board in 2014 with the Monitoring and Laboratory Divisions Incident Air Monitoring Section assisting on developing and implementing findings and recommendations to improve air monitoring, modeling, and coordination for California refinery related incidents. He also supports the sections work on wildfire preparedness and monitoring, prescribed fire risk reduction, and incident response plan development.
