LORI LUCES-NAKAGAWA, Senior Environmental Scientist - Pacific Gas & Electric

Lori Luces-Nakagawa is a Senior Environmental Scientist with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the areas of Hazardous Materials & Waste. She graduated from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences, has a M.S. in Occupational Safety & Heath and Environmental Management, and is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS). Lori has extensive experience in developing company guidance and environmental training, performing legislation/regulatory review, and conducting facility compliance inspections in addition to working with regulators to resolve compliance issues. She began her career at PG&E in 2011 as part of the team that oversees company-wide application of hazardous material & hazardous waste. Since late 2015, she has provided direct support to Environmental Field Specialists in the area of hazardous material & hazardous waste facility compliance at PG&Es 1300 facilities.
