JOHN PAINE, Environmental Program Manager 1 - CalEPA John J. Paine is currently the Unified Program Manager for the California Environmental Protection Agency, Unified Program Section. John has been involved with the Unified Program since its inception. He has worked in the hazardous material and emergency services fields for over 30 years. Prior to joining Cal/EPA, John worked at the Governor's Office of Emergency Services, the City of Azusa, and Hughes Aircraft Company in Southern California. John received his B.S. in Public Administration and M.P.A from California State University, Dominguez Hills. MANAGER'S WORKSHOP
