TERESA QUIAOIT, Supervising Hazardous Materials Specialist - Los Angeles County Fire

Teresa Quiaoit has been employed by the Los Angeles County since 1986. She currently holds the position of Assistant Chief in the Inspection Section of the Health Hazardous Materials Division within the Los Angeles County Fire Department. She possesses a Master's Degree in Public Administration, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Throughout her 25-year tenure with the Los Angeles County Fire Department, Teresa Quiaoit has dedicated 3 years to hazardous waste and hazardous materials inspections, 8 years as a CalARP inspector, and 7 years in a supervisory role within the Technical Services Unit. Her leadership skills led to her promotion to Assistant Chief.
