Hoa Tan, REHS Emergency Preparedness Program Manager with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) I provide leadership and oversight of the Center for Environmental Health emergency management programs, mainly the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) program. I also serve as liaison between CDPH, the Governors Office of Emergency Services, the CA Conference of Directors of Environmental Health (CCDEH) and the CA Conference of Local Health Officers (CCLHO) to achieve statewide emergency preparedness goals.
