Grant Miner is President of HazTAC Inc., a hazardous materials training and consulting firm. He is also the lead California consultant for Lutz & Associates, a consulting hazardous materials specialist with EnviroServices Inc., and an instructor with Baker Rescue Service Inc. Previously he worked at the University of California, the Anaheim Fire Department, and the Fullerton Fire Department.
