KATHLEEN JENNINGS, Chief of Environmental Response, EPM I - CA Fish & Wildlife OSPR Kathleen Jennings is Chief of the Environmental Response Branch with the Office of Spill Prevention and Response (OSPR) under the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) out of the West Sacramento Office. In that role, she manages a corps of Environmental Scientists on the OSPR Field Response Teams (FRTs) throughout California, as well as the OSPR Spill Desk. |
