SANDE FACINELLI, Retired CUPA Manager - Calif Compliance School

Sande Facinelli (formerly Sande Pence) retired in April 2021 after 30 years in county government as a regulator. After retirement, Sande continued her passion for teaching by assisting with the Advanced Environmental Crimes Training Program and working part time as a trainer/consultant for Pacific Safety Center, a nonprofit educational organization in San Diego dedicated to safety, doing DOT training, and teaching hazardous materials and hazardous waste courses. Beginning in May 2023, Sande started working for the California Compliance School assisting with curriculum development and teaching hazardous waste, hazardous materials, and DOT classes.
