Ms. Emmons is one of three owners of PSM RMP Solutions as a consultant on various hazardous materials regulations including PSM, RMP, and CalARP. Shes been working within the compliance industry for more than twenty years. Ms. Emmons began her career in compliance after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Southern California.
