I am Fire Prevention Officer Ken Kwong with Sacramento Fire Department. I am assigned to our Code Enforcement Unit within our Fire Prevention Division. My unit is responsible for regulating our cannabis and entertainment industries as well as incident response and support, investigating complaints from internal and external parties, and working with different agencies and departments to address concerns/issues that affect the community at large.
