KEIRSTEN TALLION, Principle and Lead Consultant - MaxPotentials

Keirsten Tallion is principle and lead consultant for MaxPotentials, an Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources consulting firm. Ms. Tallion has over 15 years of experience with both small and large organizations. She has implemented successful organizational development and change management initiatives within businesses from leadership positions including bank vice-president and non-profit human resources director and brings that expertise to her clients as a seasoned consultant. Her expertise is in quickly understanding core organizational challenges and facilitating the implementation of solutions that maximize stakeholder buy in and align with business goals and vision. . In over a decade of consulting, Keirsten has designed and developed leadership training, facilitated strategic and collaborative planning efforts and coached leaders. She has served as a Human Resources Director for a non-profit of over 400 staff members and has over seven years experience in the banking/finance industry. As Vice President of Retail Banking and Marketing, she directed the retail banking, internet banking and marketing for a rapidly growing community bank, which gave her significant experience in change management within a quickly evolving industry.
