Elizabeth Brega, Senior Environmental Scientist (Supervisor), California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA). Elizabeth is currently a supervisor at CalEPA and oversees the implementation and oversight of the Hazardous Materials Business Plan program including the Area Plan program, and the the California Accidental Release Prevention program.
