JOHN ROLANDO, VP, Technology Development Division - Spectral Labs

John Rolando is the Vice President of Technology Development at Spectral Labs Incorporated. During his time at Spectral Labs, Mr. Rolando has led the development of the Realistic, Adaptive, Interactive Learning System (RAILS) and derivative software training products. Mr. Rolando's education background includes a B.S. in Physics from the University of California, San Diego, and career experience includes scientific programming, algorithm development, software architecture design, data analysis, and more recently program management and business development.
