Cyntia Steiner is a credentialed inspector and enforcement officer in the US EPA Region 9 Hazardous Waste and Chemicals Section, where she has expertise in investigations and enforcement of stationary sources under the chemical accident prevention and air pollution provisions of the Clean Air Act. She has extensive experience with planning and conducting inspections and investigations of complex industrial facilities for compliance with regulations relating to the Clean Air Act. Cyntia has served as national technical enforcement lead for a multiregional settlements that have included complex compliance outcomes and consistency with industry safety standards and environmental policy.
