Description
The TPP remains an area of confusion for generators and often for CUPAs. As a key tool to reduce offsite hazardous waste disposal, it's important that generators understand the TPP requirements and limitations. It's also important for regulators to understand when onsite processing may be subject to jurisdiction. Initial and ongoing compliance requirements for generators operating under different tiers (ex. Permit-By-Rule) will also be reviewed.
