DescriptionThis interactive Course is targeted to proactive leaders who want to help guide and drive their teams to take advantage of current opportunities to apply more innovative approaches to service delivery. Topics will include: How we are affected by, and cope with, change; and the ten most impactful actions for leaders to take now to begin to reimagine the work they do, how they do it and where they do it in response to change.
