CalCUPA is pleased to offer FOUR FREE HAZARDOUS WASTE TRAINING SESSIONS to our Industry Partners.  Each one of these has its own Q&A after the end of the Session.  Thanks to NES, these classes are offered at the following dates/times during our CUPA 2021 Annual Conference:

Option 4 - Already signed up for FREE Industry Sessions Only and want to register for Full Paid POST Conference?. Add this fee to your cart and complete the payment process...and then, you have a full registration and can attend all sessions (and add Sessions to your Itinerary, Check in/out, complete Session Surveys and the conference survey and earn CEUs).

How do I get my confirmation/registration/ticket for this meeting (For In Person Event)?  Simply login to your account at https://calcupa.org/auth/index.html and print a copy of your Itinerary showing this FREE Industry Session by going to https://calcupa.org/myagenda/print-itinerary.html .  If you have any questions, please contact us at conferencemanager@calcupa.org .

How To Earn CEUs by attending the CUPA Free Industry (and/or Paid Conference) Sessions?...

  1. After Account creation and you are registered, view the FULL Conference Agenda or Free Industry Sessions Only 
  2. LOGIN ON OUR VIRTUAL CONFERENCE WEBSITE HERE - You Must Be Registered To Be Able To Access This Website
  3. Click on the "Agenda - Free Industry Sessions" link on the left menu
  4. Find your OnDemand (Watch Now) Session that you want to attend. Once in the system, you can watch all of the Q&As if you would like to since they are different for each Session. 
  5. When you start to view a Watch Now (OnDemand Session), you can click the "WATCH NOW" link. We will 'stamp you in' at that point.  
  6. The Video stream will start for your Session viewing.  
  7. During the Session Presentation, you will need to respond to the "Are You Still Watching?" pop ups by clicking YES to verify you are watching the Video to earn your CEU certificate.
  8. At the end of the Presentation, the Presenter and Moderator will appear on the screen and continue to ask/answer questions.  This continued until everyone's questions were answered.
  9. When the Session ends, click on the "Session Evaluation" link at the top of the screen (scroll up above the video view).  It will open another tab where you can complete your Session Evaluation (a requirement to earn a CEU certificate).
  10. When you have completed your Session Evaluation, go back to the Session tab and click on the "Leave Meeting" link at the top of the screen to 'sign out' of that Session. 
  11. If you have completed all three steps above (opened the Session/attended the meeting, completed your Session Evaluation) and closed the Session when the Session is completed...
  12. Your CEU Certificates will automatically be available in your Account Course History for saving/printing for the Free Industry Sessions immediately upon checking.  If you don't see it, reload the Course History page.  If you still don't see it, you can click on the green button labeled "CUPA-2021 CEU Check" and see what data is missing.  If there are inaccuracies, please send an email to our webmaster at webmaster@calcupa.org for assistance.  

NOTE:  If you want to earn session CEUs for the CUPA-2021 paid conference sessions and you are registered as a paid attendee, you will also need to complete the Conference Survey in order for your CEU Certificates to show up in your Course History.
