To access the CalCUPA mobile site, go to https://calcupa.org/mobile.go.
The CalCUPA mobile site can be used during a conference to receive mobile alerts, view the Conference Program, Speaker Bios, Exibitor information, Sponsor information, maps, your Itinerary, what's currently in session and which sessions are up next, submit evaluations, track your session scans, and more. The CalCUPA mobile site can be used after a conference to submit session evaluations and an overall conference evaluation as well.
Besides having convenient access to all the Conference related information, mobile users can also add sessions into their itinerary, remove sessions from their itinerary, and submit evaluations.
To submit session evaluations, the sessions must be selected into your Itinerary (requires login).
To submit an overall conference evaluation, you must also login.
Certain features of the mobile site require that you login (you only have to do this once). The login button is located at the bottom of every page on your mobile device. Click the LOGIN button to enter your CUPA account username and password. This is the same username and password that you use to login to the Conference Management system.
If you've lost or forgotten your username and password, click the Conference Tools button on the main page and then click the "Username/Password Recovery" button. CalCUPA Mobile will send your username/password to the email address that is in your CUPA account. You'll need access to the email address to retrieve account login information. After you successfully login, the Login button will change to Logout on each page of the mobile site.
You must be logged in to the CalCUPA Mobile site to add sessions to your Itinerary.
Sessions can be added by clicking the Conference Program button on the main page. Sessions can be viewed by day or track. If you are logged in, each session will have an "Add" button. Clicking the "Add" button will add the session into your Itinerary.
You must be logged in to the CalCUPA Mobile site to remove sessions from your Itinerary.
Click the "My Itinerary" button on the main page of the mobile site. You will find that every session in your Itinerary will have a "Remove" button. Click the "Remove" button to delete the session from your Itinerary. Doing this will relinquish your reserved seat, freeing it for someone else to use.
You must be logged in to the CalCUPA Mobile site to submit session evaluations.
Click the "Conference Evaluation" link on the main page of the mobile site and then click on the "Individual Session Evaluations" button to list all of the sessions from your Itinerary.
You will find an "Evaluate Session" button for each session. Click the "Evaluate Session" to view and fill in the form fields and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form to submit the evaluation. The system will keep track and show you which session evaluations have been submitted.
You must be logged in to the CalCUPA Mobile site to submit an overall conference evaluation.
Click the "Conference Evaluation" link on the main page of the mobile site and then click the "Overall Conference Evaluation" button to view and fill in the form fields. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form to submit the evaluation. The system will keep track and show you if your overall conference evaluation has been submitted.
You must be logged in to the CalCUPA Mobile site to access Conference Tools.
Click the "CONFERENCE TOOLS" button on the main page and click the "Scan-In/Scan-Out Codes" to review your scanner timestamps. During the conference, we try to get the scan codes into your account as soon as possible after the session ends.
You can also view the sessions for which you have volunteered as a scanner or room monitor.
