Description
This course will examine the CUPA program's rise to success, current day management issues, and approaches for leading into the future. Topics include acknowledging management methodologies of the past and embracing a style that is adaptable to change, addressing accountability and transparency by measuring progress through data, leading a diverse multi-generational workforce, and cultivating the workforce and technology.
