Description
Presenters will go over the basics of hazardous waste regulatory requirements. Topics to include, but are not limited to: -How to prepare for an inspection; -Hazardous waste definitions; -Waste determinations; -Generator requirements based on generator status; -Container standards and labeling requirements; and -Common industry waste streams. Tiered permitting, hazardous waste tank requirements and satellite accumulation will be introduced.
