Here are some general answers to questions we receive. If you don't find an answer to your question here, please use the general contact form, or, login to your account and submit a new Helpdesk ticket.
I entered my username and password exactly as it was sent to me and I still can't login.
If you use Internet Explorer to copy the username and password from the email message and then paste it into the login form, Internet Explorer apparently will insert (invisible) characters into the field. Then, when you submit the username and password, the system will not be able to find your account.
Internet Explorer users should not copy Usernames and Passwords from some other source (such as an email message) and then paste it into a form. TYPE the username and password into the login form using the keyboard.
If in doubt about what is in the field, type the username and password, and when the cursor is at the end of what you typed, hit the delete key one of more times to make sure no invisible junk is trailing in the fields.
I forgot my password. How can I get it?
Use Account Recovery to retrieve a lost password. You must provide your email address that you used to create your account to retrieve your password. If the password is found it will be sent to the email address stored with the account. If you do not receive the email (some ISPs will only deliver email every few hours), then your email system is not accepting email from the Conference Management System. You'll have to contact us to get your password.

Send us an email and describe the problem you are experiencing. We will investigate and get right back to you.
System reports a duplicate email address. How do I fix it?
If you receive a duplicate email address error it is because you already have an account in the system using that email address. You do not have to create a new account. Use Account Recovery to have your account information sent to your email address stored with your account. If you can't receive the recovery email or no longer have access to the email address, contact us so we can help you get logged into your account. Please do not create a new account if you already have one because there are course histories, invoices, and other related information attached to your existing account. Creating a new account will make you lose prior history attached to your account.
