Temarry Recycling was the first authorized company in the United States to be authorized by the Environmental Protection Agency to export certain wastes to Mexico. Located just outside of San Diego California, Temarry serves the business communities of the Western United States. We utilize our transportation assets for door to door and cradle to grave service. Temarry's services involve two primary processes: The retrieval of clean, usable solvents from waste products by distillation. The reduction or complete elimination of hazardous wastes using our Waste to Energy thermal treatment system. Our system utilizes valuable energy from solid hazardous waste. Recovery of water from hazardous wastes including acids, bases, latex, coolants, and oily water. With the Temarry process, expensive solvents can be recovered and sold back into industry for reuse, thereby eliminating the need for costly disposal or inefficient fuel blending. Today, Temarry serves over 3000 waste generators in the Western United States and receives waste from all geographical areas of Mexico. Temarry exports recovered solvents to the USA, Brazil, Malaysia, and Pakistan..

HCL Labels logo

HCL Labels

Brandon Storer    408-738-4161

HCL Labels, Inc., specializes in the development of chemical-resistant labels that provide important safety information for workers handling hazardous chemicals. Industries involving hazardous chemicals in their processes are required to comply with OSHA's Hazard Communication Federal and State labeling regulations, also known as the workers' Right-to-Know law. Over the years, HCL has compiled the largest library of chemical labels available, positioning us as the main provider of hazard communication labels and creating our niche. The labels are developed primarily from information extracted from Safety Data Sheets provided by our clients. In 2012, OSHA updated the Hazard Communication standards to be aligned with the United Nations Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). Employer's compliance with the revised Hazard Communication standard is now required, as of June 1, 2016. In order best to help our clients, HCL now has an unmatched selection of over 800 ready-made GHS-compliant labels available for immediate shipment, and the ability to create custom GHS labels to fit our client's needs promptly and exactly. Knowing that industries handling hazardous chemicals also need to comply with environmental, transportation and associated safety requirements, HCL has expanded its product line to include hazardous waste labels and signs, transportation (DOT) placards and labels, NFPA placards, and laboratory and general safety signs and labels. Our OSHA GHS hazard communication labels remain our core product line and continue to be our powerful advantage over our competition..

PaintCare

Callie Yow    202-893-0079

PaintCare is the non-profit that represents paint manufacturers to plan and operate paint stewardship programs in U.S. states that pass paint stewardship laws. PaintCare began in Oregon as a three-year pilot program. After successfully demonstrating that the industry can design and deliver a program for post-consumer paint management, the Oregon program became permanent through new legislation in 2013. Similar laws have passed in California, Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Maine, Minnesota, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Programs in Washington and New York are expected to begin operation in 2021. In PaintCare states, we encourage households, businesses, and individuals to take their unwanted, leftover paint to a PaintCare drop-off site. There it is sorted and managed for reuse, recycling, energy recovery, or safe disposal. Most locations are paint retailers, which are convenient locations open year-round and seven days a week. Across the nine PaintCare states, there are more than 1,750 drop-off sites, 77% of which are paint retailers. PaintCare is funded through fees on each container of architectural paint sold in states and jurisdictions with paint stewardship programs. Budgets and fees are set on a state-by-state basis..

Calif Compliance School logo

Calif Compliance School

Richard Casagrande    661-619-2345

California Compliance School (CCS) is an innovative, activity-based training program that will teach you the basics of complying with the confusing maze of environmental regulations in a fun and interesting format. Using experts in the field of adult learning principles, the team of curriculum development specialists at CCS put together a performance-based program that addresses the most common questions and practices of environmental compliance for hazardous waste generators. Performance-based means that, during the course of the class, you will learn what you need to know to apply these skills to your business operations. This keeps you in compliance, saves money through waste reduction, and may prevent you from getting fined. As you can imagine, this format is dramatically different from sitting for eight hours in front of an instructor who lectures the whole time, without really giving you an opportunity to demonstrate that you have learned anything--or to practice what you may have learned. The credit for the CCS concept goes to employees of the Department of Toxic Substances Control. They realized the need for basic hazardous waste management training but recognized that an institution of adult learning (a college) would be better equipped to develop and provide the training than a regulatory agency. Their vision was a "Traffic School" for hazardous waste generators, which would allow fines for certain violations to be "forgiven" by the DTSC and today that vision is a reality..

Temarry Recycling logo

Temarry Recycling

Gabriela Fitzmaurice    619-270-9453

We believe the fuel that moves you and your business should be effortless and guilt free. At Booster, we bring fuel directly to you for the same price as a gas station. We do this because its better for you, your city, and the planet. (And, because one day we got stuck in the rain waiting in line for gas in Seattle and thought, theres gotta be a better way). Think its easy to deliver fuel to cars? Its not. It takes rethinking nearly a century old supply chain so that every gas station becomes a community park. Thats why we build everything full-stack. We use the latest technology to deliver good old-fashioned personal service, and a little bit of magic, in every boost..
