2026 Conference Training Agenda & Scheduling

The 2026 In-Person 28th California Unified Program Annual Training Conference Online Agenda lists all training sessions organized by day, time, track, and session type.

Important: Adding sessions to your My Itinerary is required if you want to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for attendance at conference sessions.

How scheduling works

For the CUPA-2026 In-Person Conference, after attendees are registered and log in to our platform, attendees can select sessions from the Online Agenda to add to their online My Itinerary.

Scheduling rules & restrictions

Registration-type restrictions

Some sessions are restricted based on your registration type (example: business registrants cannot schedule regulator-only sessions). This is managed automatically by your registration type.

No overlaps / restricted sessions

Sessions cannot be scheduled with overlapping days/times. Restricted sessions are not open to the public.

Scholarships & approvals

Scholarship recipients cannot schedule sessions until after scholarship applications have been approved.

Eligibility to schedule

Scheduling is available only if you’ve paid registration fees, exhibitor fees, have been awarded a scholarship, or approved as a speaker.

During the conference: making changes

15-minute rule: If you are going to add a different session to your My Itinerary, you must do so within 15 minutes of the start of the session.

If you need help during the conference, please visit the CUPA Kiosk for assistance.

NOTE: HazWOPER sessions are limited to 60 attendees. If you want to attend, make sure to add the session to your My Itinerary using the Online Agenda.

NOTE: For the CUPA-2025 In-Person Conference, we will be using the "My Itinerary" feature on our calcupa.org website as has been done in previous years. If you are logged in and registered, use the "My Itinerary" green button link below to review the Agenda (once posted) and ADD the Sessions you plan to attend to your MyItinerary.

Choosing sessions to attend from the online training agenda will build an itinerary. Attendees can use their MyItinerary to manage the Sessions that they've scheduled from the online agenda, volunteer for Session assistance & monitoring, and to print their conference training schedule.

Please note that only scholarship recipients are required to volunteer hours. All volunteering opportunities for session assistance & monitoring as well as non-session opportunities can be found here.
