Description	Redhorse Corporation, partnering with the State Water Board and USEPA, has been engaged in both outreach to single-walled UST owners and operators and analysis of the single-walled UST population, and would like to share updates. We will also share updates to the RUST program which assists eligible small businesses with funding for their UST projects, via grants and loans, and relate RUST back to single-walled UST closure.

Description	CalEPA is now overseeing the completion of Area Plans, and a lot of CUPAS are in the process of updating their Area Plans to comply with the current requirements. This presentation will cover the history of the Area Plan, various formats for Area Plans, and updates to the current requirements. A short section on Hazardous Materials Commodity Flow Studies will also be discussed. Both Area Plans and Commodity Flow Studies can be partly funded by Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness (HMEP) grants, which are still available through CalOES.
