Description	In November 2018, the Camp Fire struck the town of Paradise causing 85 civilian fatalities. Tom Parker of Butte County Public Health will discuss the chaos of the initial days and the strain on the CUPA in the aftermath. Tom will discuss the issues associate with manpower limitations, environmental restoration, and those trials specific to the UST Program that would likely occur during any natural disaster.
