   Objective
Review hazardous waste data systems including CERS, HWTS RCRAinfo and ECHO.
   Description
For the first hour we will review what information flows from CERS to RCRAinfo and ECHO. We will discuss the interpretation of CUPA RCRA compliance data by DTSC and USEPA. We will also show industry how to use ECHO to review their compliance data that is accessible to the public. For the second hour, we will review how industry can establish a RCRAinfo accounts to be able to use e-Manifest, and then summarize the status of its utilization nationally and in the state. We will cover timing of public and regulator access to the data, the compliance options available to industry, and known bugs. Feedback on the RCRAinfo Industry application is encouraged during this session.
