Description
Training will introduce hazardous waste generators to Federal and State regulations applicable to hazardous waste generators. Determining generator status (LQG, SQG or CESQG), overview of RCRA waste vs. non-RCRA hazardous waste, accumulation time limits and container and tank management standards will be covered. Training will also cover the CUPAs role for inspections and enforcement of these regulations.
