   Objective
To provide hazardous waste generators an overview of the requirements for accumulation and storage of hazardous waste. For regulated businesses.
   Description
Training will introduce hazardous waste generators to Federal and State regulations applicable to hazardous waste generators. Determining generator status (LQG, SQG or CESQG), overview of RCRA waste vs. non-RCRA hazardous waste, accumulation time limits and container and tank management standards will be covered. Training will also cover the CUPAs role for inspections and enforcement of these regulations.
