   Objective
This session will describe in detail the regulations for the generator consolidation of non-RCRA hazardous waste from remote sites.
   Description
This course will describe the California Health and Safety Code allowance for the consolidation of non-RCRA hazardous waste from remote sites to a generator site. It will also describe the requirements of the USDOT for the transportation of the non-RCRA hazardous waste as a hazardous material on public roads.

Non-RCRA hazardous waste and some exempt RCRA hazardous waste may be transported by the generator from remote locations to a consolidation site operated by the generator.
