   Objective
This session will provide participants with a newly released, innovative way of effectively communicating and de-escalating stressful contacts.
   Description
This session is divided into four parts, based upon a formula for communication and de-escalation. Part 1: Maintaining behavior in tense situations. Part 2: Gaining compliance from others while under stress. Part 3: Establishing and using rapport to gain cooperation. Part 4: Using effective body language during contacts. This technique has been newly released, but has been used for the past ten years in very tense situations.
