   Objective
To provide an overview of the requirements of the Federal Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule
   Description
This session will provide a basic overview of the Federal SPCC requirements, including applicability, key provisions for facilities, and recent amendments. Emphasis is on facilities that are onshore and not related to oil production/drilling/workover facilities.
