   Objective
Participants will gain Knowledge in the requirements for reporting releases of hazardous materials.
   Description
This session will review the various definitions and agency release reporting requirements applicable to specific spill scenarios. It will address responsible party identification, interagency relationships, courtesy notifications, exemptions, permit-required notifications, follow up reporting, and federal reporting enforcement policies.
