   Objective
To present multiple CalARP Administrative Enforcement Cases (AEOs) studies that demonstrate identifying violations, classifying violations, calculating penalties, and issuing AEO's.
   Description
This course will travel through three uniquely different Administrative Enforcement cases taken against CalARP stationary sources. The cases discussed include processes for flammable storage, ammonia refrigeration, and chlorine for water treatment. Gov't Only
